Apple pie gluten free

We continue to publish my favorite delicious sweets. At this time your attention to the gluten-free cake. Cooked with rice flour and oil-free.

Taste - just gorgeous and not remain indifferent or your household or visitors. I still like the fact that it is quite simple to prepare, which is important in our active everyday life.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon

  • 3 eggs

  • 150 g of sugar

  • 1 cup of yogurt (you can katyk)

  • 200 g of rice flour (or 140 g of rice flour and 60 g of potato starch)

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • powdered sugar, cinnamon

  1. Apples are cleaned and cut into slices. Put them in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with cinnamon.

  2. To mix eggs and sugar with a mixer or whisk, until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.

  3. Add yogurt and melted butter.

  4. Flour mix with baking powder and add to the dough.

  5. Put the dough in a baking pan and put apples on top of chamomile. Bake 45-50 minutes at 180 C. Check with a toothpick on availability. Ready pie remove from oven, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
